What Are Your Favorite Things To Do To Pass The Time When You Have To Rest?
I have watched more TV and Movies in the past few months than I used to in a whole year! 😂 Both make a good timer so you don't rest too short or long. Bridgerton was great!
I have also brought my yard chair inside so I can sit at a table comfortably and craft. I was gifted a diamond painting for Christmas and it was great! It's like building a puzzle.

I was diagnosed in Jan of 2021 with lupus and psoriasis arthritis. Have no trouble with my nails but had them put the white ending on my nails and it made my thumb nail split, never again just get clear nail polish on them .
I just read about Forest Meditation.
I've recently taken up meditating. It's very calming. I like guided meditations to help, sometimes it's hard to get into the right headspace on my own.
I have had psoriasis since I was a teenager. Affected my nails and hands (peeling, weeping open sores).
I have had psoriatic arthritis since around time of first child, but blamed on carpal tunnel (no tests, just statement)
Oddly enough although my hands are most affected (nails, skin joints), I enjoy doing a lot of things with my hands such as counted crossstitch, sewing, gardening, journaling, and creating lessons on computer (when I was still teaching).
My journey didn't get a lot of relief until about 12 years ago when I went on first biologic. (Humira-fail; Enbrel-not pass/fail,could cause seizures; Cosentyx PASS, Orencia-expensive fail, now starting Talz but seriously considering going more natural when I clear up joints and plaques created during Orencia IV inffusions)
I like that you started doing your own nails; when I worked I got manicures regularly and it did seem to help my nail psoriasis.
I have learned a lot of things: question yourself on your wants for solutions, question doctor and insurance, ask doctor or insurance for exception when medication works and they won't prescribe.
Horror movies and hanging out with my fur babies.
