Sounds like pustular Ps. There is at least one good article on pustular psoriasis on this sight in the archives- you'll want to read it.

Here’s a post about it ..

PPP or PALMOPLANTAR PUSTULOSIS aka PALMOPLANTAR PUSTULAR PSORIASIS known to happen on HANDS and FEET as in “PALMO” AND “PLANTAR”

You might want to check your vitamin for Nickel.. Mount Sinai Hospital had a nice Pso brochure that pointed out a link between PPP and issues with metals.. 20% of the population has Nickel allergies.. so it’s worth reading about.

I have pustular psoriasis and this happens on my hands, finger tips and bottoms of my feet and heels. It sucks. I use Clobetasol ointment on them, use cotton gloves at night to keep the ointment on me and off of everything else. Get some comfy diabetic socks for your feet if you happen to get them there too.

Painful bumps on the fingertips that later break down and peel could be related to hand psoriasis. Hand psoriasis can present as small, red bumps and dry spots that become red, peeling, painful, and itchy. It's important to have any skin symptoms evaluated by a licensed dermatologist to rule out other conditions like hand dermatitis or dyshidrotic eczema. Diagnosis typically involves visual inspection and possibly skin scrapings or a biopsy.

For more detailed information, you can refer to the article on managing psoriasis of the hands: [Managing Psoriasis of the Hands: Palms, Knuckles, and Fingers](https://www.mypsoriasisteam.com/resources/psori...).

Yes! On my fingertips I get red dots first. These break into terrible bleeding blisters. And before that, my fingers peel really bad, pretty painful, actually. Clobatisol l is too strong for me
