Yep. Both elbows inside the joint and down the muscles have been hurting bad for about 2 months. I was at my shoulder surgeon getting a follow up and talked him into injecting one with steroids. That only helped about 2 weeks. Just finished a DosPak of steroids. Elbows started hurting again 2 days after I finished.

Just changed from Termfya to Rinvoq. I hope that helps. it is getting old.

Some nights the pain in my elbows is so bad that my whole arms hurt, and the weather is cold, so for some reason my arms feel so cold and I can't warm them up, in my desperation I heat a gel bag ( for hot or cold therapy) in the microwave and that is the only way my arms warm up (I put it on my arms over the sleeves of my pijamas) and the pain in my elbows stop, and I can have a good night sleep. You said you had trouble opening things. Me too. Use scissors to open ziplock like fruit or cheese, use silicon bracelot (the ones fo a cause like breasr cancer): have one in kitchen & bath. I have litterally transferred items to different container or in case of my shampoo, bought a different brand

Have you EVER seen a Neurologist ? This may not be related to Psoriactic Arthritis...You could have nerve damage, especially the numbness...also carpal tunnel will cause this in your wrist and hands, hard to open things and dropping things...you need to see a Neurologist to rule this out...they specialize in nerve damage, not just issues with the brain...please see one this could resolve your pain

My OT recommended a thing called a Cryo Cup on Amazon. It holds water and you freeze it then can rub it on your elbows. You can freeze ice in a paper cup also. It is great for the tendonitis in the elbow and the muscle pain.
