Enthesitis can affect various locations in the body, not just the Achilles tendon. Here are the most common sites for enthesitis:

- Achilles tendon: Runs down the back of the heel.
- Lateral epicondyles: The bony bump on the outside of the elbow.
- Plantar fascia: The ligament connecting the heel to the front of the foot.

Enthesitis can affect various locations in the body, not just the Achilles tendon. Here are the most common sites for enthesitis:

- Lateral epicondyles: The bony bump on the outside of the elbow.
- Plantar fascia: The ligament connecting the heel to the front of the foot.

People with enthesitis often experience pain and stiffness in these areas, which can limit movement. If you have multiple sites affected, it's important to discuss this with your rheumatologist for a comprehensive treatment plan.

I have not had any incidents since being on medication ~3 years. Prior to that 2x year x 7 years!
