Same for me was on methotrexate and after about 4 months started to notice chunks of hair falling out in the shower. Dreaded the shower. Also got a tingling sensation on my scalp . I stopped taking it .

I was also on Methotrexate to augment my Taltz for inflammation and pain in my hands - and my hair was falling out after about 6 months..been off it now for 6 months and hair is coming back verrrry slowly.

I was put on methotrexate and it worked fantastic! After about 8 months, my hair started to fall out in chunks! Went off the meds, hair is coming back, but so did the psoriasis. I'm looking for another option, thanks all.
