I have found that all clean beauty has helped. I use no chemicals,.period. I use natural laundry detergent too. If I do not, the PA drives me up the wall. I also use clear aloe vera gel. I keep it in the refrigerator and put it on when it itches or starts flaring. It seems to help. Different things work for different people but Clean is very important.😉

I've been dealing with psoriasis since l was a kid. Coconut oil, aloe vera, & a few others, was something l could rely on from time to time for over 50 years. Now anything I apply stings or irritate. And doesn't soak in no matter what l do.
Cleaners are irritating as well. Even where skin is clear as a bell.
I'm down to Lume cleansers & deodorant only. Goat milk cleanser for hand washing.
I'd rater live with clear dry skin & dry flaked skin with psoriasis patches. I've just never had it where it doesn't soak in at all. (Even clear areas.) Like trying to rub lotion into plastic. Then have to wash the film off the next day.
For almost a year, l only applied lotion if the itch (below or on top of skin) is unbearable. Went plant based for skin & laundry a decade ago. What a blessing. Now ClaraV for psoriasis is so irritating. My skin (even my feet) has never been this sensitive to so much. I hoped someone else went through all this & have some answes or other suggestions.
All you folks on this site have given me so many tid bits of information. I'm so thankful for all of you. Praying someone might have experienced this or similar.

Can't get into a dermatologist. So surgery at the end of the month, for another problem. I'm making do for now. Maybe after a full recovery, I can try to set up an appointment for a new dermatologist. Praying that l don't need any major surgery after this surgery. Time will tell.
Rather making do or having all the answers, the Lord always makes a way for me. As irritating as psoriasis is.
