You need to see a speciality. If you have psoriatic arthritis it will be a Rhuematologist and if psoriasis you need to see a dermatologist. Good luck!

The most severe cases require you to go to an infusion therapy doctor's place and have like a 1 hour infusion. Another example which is a lot more convenient is that they will give you an injection pen for self-administration.
