My concern with strong pain medications is their effect on vital organs ie. kidneys and liver. I would discuss this with your doctor before taking them on a daily basis.

I have been taking Omega 3 every day since Spring and I swear that I notice a great difference in the arthritic pain. I o not take any analgesics.

My doctor says it's fine, but I'm with you. I don't like to take them, but get almost no sleep if I don't.

I have tried that, did not do much for me. I take 2 tizanidines and 2 Tylenol Arthritis pills at bedtime, works fair from about 10pm til 3am. Would love to get a good nights sleep.
