I used to go to acupuncture when I lived near Oakland. She would often go overtime for me and free treatments when my insurance ran out. I do pressure points on myself. Yellow Emporers Manual, "Any point that hurts is an acupoint." It helps me a lot. The Chinese herbs are great.

I tried it years ago for my plaque psoriasis, along with herbs and for me sadly it didn’t help. But we are all different, hope you see results
