Managing it alongside psoriatic arthritis can be challenging, but treatments like topical medications, systemic therapies, and lifestyle adjustments can help. I can share that I have 3 forms of severe plaque psoriasis with one being the inverse . Many areas on my body were attacked ! Trial and error on the shots until now, along with the creams and shampoos. I will share that today my body is clear except at times the inverse and I take care of that with cream. I am on methotrexate and Tremfya. I also feel that stress reduction is a Saint in my life.

I hear ya. I feel like all normalcy has gone down the toilet. I just wish I could feel good again.

I slept so long yesterday, I guess I needed it. Today is closer to normal. If that's even a thing now.😁
