I Am Wondering If I Could Have Both RA And PsA . I Was On Humira For 10 Yrs With Mtx Work Great But Then Skin Broke Out. Dr Took Me Off .

I was put on skyrizi and lowered my mtx. not helping. I am flairing . CRP at 60. Dr is increasing Mtx and small 5 mt predizone.
It has not helped
