Everyone said don't buy an electric blanket because I have inflammation, but my doctor said it was a great idea and would help with my stiff joints. It was quite cheap from Amazon, doesn't get too hot, and really keeps me warm! I am more flexible in the mornings. If you're itchy from dry skin, take a hayfever tablet. Best moisturiser is Epaderm, also from amazon. Best of luck!

I just bought Curél wet. Used it first time today when I showered. Think I used too much but it is suppose to help the dryness. Check it out on Amazon or wherever you buy stuff
