Silica is great. B12 is a must. If you take statin drugs you need CoQ10. Vit C from food source is enough unless sick. I recently found an organic one a day that has everything. It's a prenatal vitamin. I'm considering a switch.

Many people with psoriatic arthritis (PsA) have explored natural remedies and dietary changes to manage their symptoms. Here are some insights from the knowledge base:

- Natural Remedies: Some individuals have found relief using natural remedies such as turmeric, ginger, and garlic to reduce inflammation. Vitamin D supplementation is also common due to its potential benefits for the immune system.
- Dietary Changes: Popular diets among those with PsA include anti-inflammatory diets, gluten-free diets, and weight-loss diets. These diets can help reduce joint pain, swelling, and overall disease activity.
- Exercise and Therapies: Low-impact exercises like yoga, tai chi, swimming, and walking can help increase range of motion and reduce joint pain. Acupuncture and massage are also recommended by some for managing symptoms.

Always consult with a healthcare provider before making significant changes to your treatment plan.
