Hi there... I was the same way, on the pill form always. I had to ask my doctor for medication for nausea. Now I am on the injections weekly, it's better.
Methotrexate has been (in conjunction with Cosentyx x2 injections once a month. Things are much better and my skin is clear and my joints feel better. I still have episodes and swelling at times but Advil on the limited side really helps.

I forgot to mention that for me and many more to take 10mg x2 daily of Folic Acid. Sol in pharmacy and drugstore... etc. in the vitamin section.
