Tammy,
Try to stick with organic grass-fed meat & organic chicken. It may cost a little more. But it's the best for myself & many others. As well as organic fruits & vegetables. As for organic, grass-fed dairy it's better health wise for me. Naturalist doctors say raw whole milk is even better too. I haven't been able to purchase raw milk yet. If a sensitive stomach, try organic whole goats milk. It's easier to digest. Google organic eggs too, as well as butter & tallow for cooking & apply to your skin.
I can't always purchaseorganic & grass-fed foods. The more I do, the better my psoriasis is and how l feel. Plus with our available food suppliers, it's not always perfect. Organic. But less chemicals in the organic foods.

@A MyPsoriasisTeam Member. Hi 👋🏻. I asked my self that same question. 🙋‍♀️ there’s a lot of autoimmune diseases lately. My husband has MS. Nobody in his family has it. He was an athlete, never do drugs, no smoking. Don’t like fast foods. And one day he just can feel his left side of the body. 5 days in the hospital and the diag was MS. Me at 26 starting a low back pain and I know that it wasn’t bc a bad move or accident. It was excruciating. It was like a knife sensation in my left side. My GP treated like a muscle pasm. Lot of muscle relaxers and pain killers. Nothing worked. At my 30’s I get pregnant 🤰 it was horrible, lot of pain always tired. The pain continues. At 35 I went to a rheumatologist, and then after a lot of labs and medication the diag was spondylitis ankilosing. But I was struggle since my early 20’s with depression. In fact that is hereditary in my case and I prefer to treat my depression first and once i was good then I started to treat my SA or AS. In 2019 it came the PsA and the psoriasis diag. It’s been a long way and at this moment I still managing my conditions bc use a lot of meds and nothing helps me. I’m on my 3rd medication, Taltz. I started in January but have an infection and I have to stopped. I started again now in March and I’m feeling ok 👌. Less pain but still the Psoriasis in my scalp. I have to leave again the black clothes in the closet bc of the “snow” that comes from my head jajajajajajaja. I think 🤔 but not being dramatic, that the big companies dnt want us to be healthy. They make a lot more $ trying to “cure” us. The food, the skin creams, shampoos, deodorants have a lot of chemicals. And the medicines help u with a condition but it causes other symptoms and complications. So, that question you ask is very difficult to answer. But we are here a family u can trust for whatever you need. @A MyPsoriasisTeam Member I know you’re somewhere here !!!!!!!!!!!
