You might want to try and figure out what causes it to flair e.g stress or certain foods or makeup or soaps you are using. Try to eliminate one thing at a time and see if you can pinpoint it. You should also check in with your dermatologist. Good luck!

Managing psoriasis on the lips can be challenging, but there are several treatments that might help. Here are four potential options:

1. Topical Treatments: Your dermatologist might recommend topical corticosteroids, which are effective for treating oral psoriasis. Other options include retinoids, vitamin D creams, and calcineurin inhibitors. These should be used under medical supervision.

2. Phototherapy: This involves exposing the skin to specific types of light, which can help manage psoriasis symptoms.

3. Lip Balms and Moisturizers: Products containing petrolatum can offer relief for dry, cracked lips. Some people find relief using food-grade coconut oil mixed with tea tree oil, which can help with itching and redness.

4. Oral or Injected Medications: For severe cases, systemic medications like biologics may be recommended. These target the immune system and can be effective in bringing about remission.

Always consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new treatment to ensure it's safe and suitable for your specific condition.
