Anyone Have Luck Changing Their Diet?

Yup. Cut out all processed food, only have raw honey , dates and maple syrup for sugar and only whole grains. Buy my bread at a German bakery multigrain and delicious. Really helped my overall health and blood work. Some people also cut out dairy but I don’t see that happening for me! Good luck!
