I've been on medical leave for long covid since January. Pots symptoms, muscle pain and weakness, migraines, brain fog--the works. There is nothing alarming on my bloodwork to keep me from starting, and I've heard it can help with Crohn's symptoms, but with it possibly weakening my immune system I'm hesitant.
