I take Tylenol Arthritis You can go to the pharmacy and ask for over the counter codeine. (In Canada) They can give you some strength maybe not equivilent to T3.

Methotrexate did not work for me and caused all sorts of other problems and side effects.

I had some problems from the Naprosyn. Heart filbulations.

Have you tried the combination of Tylenol & Naprosyn together? They work much better together than either alone for moderate pain and are same to take more than once a day if you're under 70, I'm over 70 and developed bad stomach pain. I've had the same issues trying to get Tylenol # 3 which allows me to get a decent night's sleep. The issue in the US is that codeine is technically an opiod and US MDs need a DEA license to prescribe it and get hassled when they prescribe it even though MDs know it rarely leads to overdose or addiction.. I had the same difficulty trying to get an Rx for Tylenol with codeine If MD is part of a corporation tell them you have PSA and need pain relief is a necessary part of your treatment.

My psoriatic arthritis pain was in my knees and hand joints. I had to stop riding my motorcycle and my wife had to tie my shoes. My arthritis Dr finally prescribed Methotrexate and all the swelling and pain went away. I now ride my motorcycle every day.
